Refund policy

Returns 

Items purchased at full price from The Maple Play may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.  

Returned items must be in new condition.  It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in original packaging, if it was purchased and not received as a gift.

We kindly ask that you email The Maple Play to notify us of your return so we can prepare for the tracking of your product.

The Maple Play is not responsible for returns lost in transit, therefore, we suggest using a shipping service with tracking number capability.  


Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Your refund will be processed once we determine that the product has met the above criteria.  A refund will automatically be applied to the credit card used, or a replacement item will be sent.  Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date issued.  Please allow 24 hours for refunds to be approved and reinstated in the account.

Sale items 

Sales Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damages  

We regret the infrequent incidence of discovering damaged items.  The Maple Play will only replace defective or damaged items if they are discovered and reported immediately. Please send us an email at themapleplay@gmail.com and we will send you a return label for your damaged item.  Damaged items are replaced with the same product of the same value.

Gifts 

If the item was received as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a certificate for store credit.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, please then ask the purchaser to contact The Maple Play for exchange or store credit.

Shipping 

To return your product, you should contact us for shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

The Maple Play is not responsible for returns lost in transit, therefore, we suggest using a shipping service with tracking number capability.

The Maple Play is unable to accept returns purchased outside of The Maple Play store. Please kindly contact the retailer directly.

Kids inspired creativity

Our greatest inspiration comes from our own kids. Watching them explore, build, imagine, and learn through simple wooden toys showed us how powerful open-ended play can be. We started creating our own designs at home, pieces that were safe, durable, and thoughtfully made to spark creativity without screens.
